Service Description

Date & Time: 8th September 2023 (5pm) - 10th September 2023 (5pm) Experiences in life can cause stagnation in our system whereby our energy becomes blocked. When prana becomes weak or builds up in an imbalanced way, we experience fatigue, lethargy and lack of direction. This may be experienced as a general feeling of low energy, but it is also understood to be the root cause of disease. For thousands of years, yogis have developed techniques to work with this energetic system through the practice of pranayama, as a means of cultivating balance and wellness in body and mind. Pranayama is a simple yet powerful yogic practice that helps in regulation and expansion of vital life force. This retreat blends asanas, pranayama, discussions, self-reflection and yogic diet for a multi-dimensional experience. Content: - Understanding prana as the universal life force. - Impact on physical, mental and emotional health. - Effect on cognitive ebilities, thoughts and clarity. - Exploring 5 types of pranas and its functionality. - Co-relation with Patanjali yoga sutras, chakras and nadis - Delve into the body’s energy centers and their connection to prana. - Heal different dimensions of being using the practices from rishis. - Guided practice sessions Sh.
