Yoga 5:30am to 6:20am   &   Pranayama 6:30am to 7am

 

Only to people who have participated at least in one the retreat to maintain the continuity, we offer simple, yet impactful yoga practices and pranayama exercises that are easy to follow and adaptable to all fitness levels.

Our skilled instructor guides you through gentle yoga postures to improve your physical strength and flexibility, while pranayama practices are seamlessly woven in to foster deep, mindful breathing. This harmonious combination of yoga and pranayama breathwork not only enhances physical wellbeing, but also promotes mental clarity and emotional balance.
